YOUR responsibility to ensure all items submitted for sale are safe and have not been recalled at any time. Please take a
moment to ensure none of your items have been part of any recall. This includes baby equipment and toys.

U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission provides up-to-date information on ALL recalled items. Please

Due to recently passed regulations, it is imperative that Consignors help
us keep all our Shoppers safe. Ignorance of a recall is not a mitigating factor! People found to have sold recalled items
have been prosecuted. If you have doubts, leave it at home!
